Accurate Data on Your Terms
Transaction data, as well as taxability information, is extracted from Vertex's transaction tax products to provide a database capable of reporting without affecting the performance of tax calculation. This data export can be scheduled after office hours and may be limited by your selected date range. Vertex Reporting and Analysis also:

With Vertex Exemption Certificate Manager (ECM), a web-based storage and management tool, you can automate the collection, validation, and maintenance of VAT exemption forms. More importantly, this application helps you minimise the risk of tax assessments and penalties.
With exemption certificates and related information easily accessible, audits proceed faster and the penalties from failure to produce valid certificates are dramatically reduced. As corporate accounting departments continue to face the burden of scrutinising, documenting, and supporting their internal control procedures for compliance, Vertex ECM provides the foundation for complying with these evolving responsibilities.
Vertex ECM simplifies the time-consuming and labour-intensive process of manually managing paper exemption forms. After initial setup, images of forms may be scanned and the system will calculate expiration dates and recommend updates. When a form is due for renewal, the system generates letters from a standard template or sends an e-mail requesting updated form information to the customer.
Vertex ECM provides access to all of your exemption certificate data through a web browser. This provides a centralised data repository and the ability to maintain a real-time database from any location.
