Vertex integrates the Vertex O Series Solutions into the E-Business Suite offering new and existing Oracle customers the most comprehensive suite of tax compliance solutions available. We leverage our long term relationship with Oracle incorporating feedback from our mutual customer base of over 500 companies, and our 25 years of tax experience to integrate O Series and extend the tax functionality within the E-Business Suite to offer automated indirect tax solutions. The O Series XML architecture allows customers to centralize their global tax compliance needs into a single instance of our application.
JD Edwards
Since 1986, Vertex and JD Edwards have partnered to offer our mutual customers a suite of integrated tax process solutions. Each year, more than 1,200 JD Edwards customers utilize Vertex tax content, process automation tools and tax consulting services.
Together, Vertex and JD Edwards provide integrated tax solutions for EnterpriseOne and World applications. These integrations are the result of joint planning, testing and customer input, and deliver what no other tax provider can - unparalleled coordination and support. Partnered since 1995, Vertex was one of the first companies to join SAP's Complementary Software Program.
Vertex O Series, our new family of web-enabled tax calculation solutions, are certified to run on the SAP Web Application Server, part of the SAP NetWeaver integration and application platform. With the SAP NetWeaver certification of Vertex Central — the graphical user interface (GUI) of Vertex O Series — SAP users can now confidently install and deploy Vertex O Series on the SAP Web Application Server.
In addition, mutual Vertex/SAP customers are able to process all of their taxing requirements for business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions with SAP's Internet applications.
