Chris Walsh has 25 years dedicated VAT expertise, including roles in government (HMRC, UK); in-house (HSBC, Foster’s Brewing Group, Scottish & Newcastle, Rothmans); and public accounting (Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Kenya, Ireland and USA).  At Vertex, he has been closely involved in the development of the VAT O Series product and has responsibility for indirect tax automation advocacy.  Chris is a well known international media commentator, public speaker and author on VAT, indirect taxes and tax policy.
